PUMPKIN SPICE CRUMB CAKE 
1-3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Whisk together in bowl.
1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups pumpkin
1/4 cup milk
Mix in bowl.
Gradually add dry to wet. Pour in greased 9×9 pan.
Mix
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whisk in bowl.
Cut in 6 Tablespoons butter
or like I did, you can melt the butter and stir it in
Crumble over top of batter. Bake at 350 for about 50 to 60 minutes.
