pumpkin sheet cake
1(16oz) can pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl beat pumpkin sugar and oil.Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour baking soda cinnamon and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into well greased 10×15 inch baking pan. ‘
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cake tests done, when cool frost with cream cheese frosting.
Cream cheese frosting
5 tbsp butter or margarine softened
3 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups powered  sugar
3 to 4 tsp milk
chopped nuts
Beat butter cream cheese and vanilla in mixing bowl until smooth gradually add powdered sugar. Mix well add milk until frosting reaches desired spreading consistency frost cake and top with nuts
