Pumpkin Butter using Canned Pumpkin

3 15 oz cans pumpkin

3 cups brown sugar

3/4 cup apple juice

1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Put all ingredients in slow cooker cook on low 5-6 hours or overnight until it cooks to desired thickness. It can be put in containers and stored in the fridge or freezer.
