PRESSURE COOKED VENISON TIPS IN STEAK SAUCE WITH POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS  (Can do same with Beef tips)

I put in a chopped small onion,

2 pounds venison tips,

salt, pepper,

garlic powder,

4 Tbsp Steak Sauce -A1,

4 Tbsp butter,

potatoes 4 peeled and chunked large,

and 2 cans beef broth..

put in tall pressure cooker and bring to pressure, turn down heat a bit, and time for 13 minutes then using the quick release method, (cold water in sink on side of pressure cooker till pressure valve goes down) then open and take out potatoes and set aside..

put a can of drained green beans in pot with venison.. taste tenderness level to see how much longer you need to pressure them for..check your liquid level before putting lid back on I added a little water not much.. you should always have at least a cup of liquid in there

.. now put on lid and lock..

bring back up to pressure and time it accordingly.. I felt like mine needed 12-15 more minutes for maximum tenderness… I was right.. they came out so wonderful…

I then added the broth and all to my potatoes and served with more salt and butter.. delicious

serve with cornbread, mac n cheese, and corn
