My Peppers Fresh From the Garden..

 

TIP.. Green, Red Peppers freeze super well ..

Core them take out seeds and cut into strips lay on cookie sheet not touching… you can layer if you have alot but put tin foil in between or waxed paper.. and freeze

then once frozen solid take out and put in Ziplock Freezer Bag

and when recipe calls for peppers  you can EASILY get what you need and put back in freezer..
