PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING CAKE

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnut pieces (could use any nut you like)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups hot water

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt with a spoon. Add peanut butter, milk, oil and vanilla and mix well with spoon. Spray an 8 x 8 dish. Spread batter in bottom. Batter will be thick. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over batter. Pour hot water on top. Do not mix again. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. You will be able to see peanut butter oozing out the top of the cake. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
