This is a three part recipe, inspired by a recipe I saw on pinterest that called for box items.. I used my homemade cookie and brownie recipe to make it, and used the basic thought from what I had seen but put my own twist on it..and left out the crushed pretzels that were originally in the other girls recipe.   …..

-First impression – it is actually way too rich.. most folks wouldn’t like it.. I think next time I will leave the icing OFF.. it is not needed. in my opinion anyway… looks good sounds good smells good but is way too rich for me but posting anyway you may feel differently than me.

Second impression- Okay so I got WAY mixed reviews on this one.. most people who tried it actually DID love it.. just me and my hubby thought it over bearingly rich.. BUT I did find that the LONGER it sat the better it was…. so in this case I recommend you make this the day before your going to eat it.

  • First make homemade Cookie dough

Cookie recipe

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

6 ounces chocolate chips

beat brown sugar, sugar, butter, and shortening until light and fluffy.

add all other ingredients mix together..

  • press into prepared pan, working best you can up the sides..

Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing
