MAPLE PECAN DIVINITY ICING
1 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
3 egg whites
3/4 c chopped pecans
Boil syrup to 260 or when a thread of syrup cracks in cold water.
Cake Mix Banana Bread
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
4 – 5 overripe bananas (mashed)
Pecans
Mix everything together in large bowl.
Fill two medium, greased Loaf pans, or one large loaf pan.
