3/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup instant chicken bouillon

Eagle Brand Condensed Milk:

1 cup skim milk powder

1/3 c water

2/3 c sugar

1/4 c butter

Measure all the ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth. Use as any condensed milk, equals 1 can.
