FRIED PIGS FEET

Pigs feet, split lengthwise

1 Egg

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 Cup bread crumbs 

Directions: 

Cook pigs feet in salted water until very tender. Dip in egg. Mix dry mustard with bread crumbs. Dip feet in mixture. Fry until well browned. 

Serve with potatoes.
