One Bowl Chocolate Cake
In a large bowl, combine:
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
To this mixture add:
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup hot water
2 eggs
Mix Well
Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 – 38 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting or serve warm (This is usually what we do)
