Strawberry Cake Roll
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat eggs with electric mixer until thick.
beat in sugar gradually
blend in 1/3 cup water add vanilla
mix at low speed.
now…Fold in flour by hand till smooth.
Turn into greased and paper lined 15×10 inch pan
Bake at 350 12 to 15 minutes. Turn onto towel and peel off paper
Roll cake up in towel.
Cool , unroll spread with whipped cream and 1 quart of sliced strawberries.
Roll up and chill in fridge.
