5 medium Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced

1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp Ground Nutmeg

1/4 cup unsalted Butter 

In large skillet over med heat toss apples with lemon juice. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and butter stirring to combine. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or till apples have softened serve warm
