NO BAKE PISTACHIO PUDDING PIE

RECIPE AND PHOTO SUBMITTED BY: EMILY MEYERS HAWLEY

Very easy and yummy pie that is low cost and looks beautiful. You can also dress it up many different ways, this is a fun pie to play with.

You will need a graham cracker crust. You can either buy one or make one with butter graham crackers or even Oreos and butter

next make your pudding mix.. use one large or two regular instant Pistachio Pudding from J-ello brand.

add COLD milk according to package whisking for about 2 minutes or until completely mixed and dissolved.

Put into fridge and let it set up completely. You can decorate top with crushed pistachio nuts or chocolate pieces

Easy and great for St Patty’s Day, Easter, Spring Ect.. Enjoy!

Note.. I think it would be good to even put maybe some chocolate shell sundae chocolate fudge on the bottom of the pie crust before adding the pudding in, and some on top letting it harden and then adding some pistachios .. sort of a Dubai Chocolate Pie.. just for fun.
