SERENA’S BEEFY CABBAGE STEW

Take 2 lbs ground beef and brown it with a small sliced onion and minced garlic as well as salt and pepper and a zucchini chopped into medium to large size chunks.

in separate skillet have your small cabbage cut up into pieces and fry on low with 1/2 stick butter salt and pepper

to your beef mixture add 1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic and oregano

fill up same can with water and pour in

add can of undrained yellow corn

Season with Toneys Creole Seasoning and Parsley flakes

Add your butter fried cabbage to the beef mixture

Give it a good smack of Grated Parmesan Cheese

Add one can of Hunts tomato sauce, fill up with water and pour in also

Boil separately one 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni or ditalini and pour into your hamburger mixture when aldente .. add a little more parmesan, black pepper and any seasonings if needed

Serve hot and enjoy… actually is delicious!
