A jello salad my mom always made. My son loves it and asked me what the name of it was. I replied, I don’t know, we just always called it Mom’s Jello Salad. lol

MOM’S JELLO SALAD
I use 4 small boxes of lime jello, make according to directions on package. Top with miniature colored marshmallows, take a spoon and kinda push them in the jello(they will float back up) and put in fridge to set. Meanwhile, drain 1 can crushed pineapple 15 or 16 oz. Quarter your cherries (I use a lot) and let them drain well. Mix 8 oz. of cream cheese with pineapple and cherries and put on top of jello after it has set. I added a few whole cherries on top. My brother likes it w/ lemon jello but you could use whatever you prefer.
It makes either 1 large pan or 2 glass cake pans.
