LEMON GLAZE ICING
1 box (2 c.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of one lemon
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
Melt butter – add milk, flavoring, lemon rind, powdered sugar – all ingredients – ice cake while warm.
