she made this for a church dinner and I tried it and it was DELISH!!! I tried to take a pic of it, but my pic came out blurry.. but I definitely will make this recipe.

Lemon Lush

Step 1: Melt 1 stick margarine

Add: 1 cup self rising flour, 1 cup chopped pecans

Pat into pyrex dish, 9×13 inches Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes. Let cool

Step 2: Warm an 8-0z pkg cream cheese over low heat, remove from heat

Add: 1 cup confectionars Sugar

1 cup cool whip

 

Spread over Step 1

Step 3; 2 small boxes lemon instant pudding

3 cups cold milk

 

Mix until thick, spread over step 2

Step 4: spread remaining Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts if desire. CHILL
