We have a bar-b-q sauce we like to make and we call it Memphis; easy to make and tasty.
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 cups ketchup
⅔ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup molasses
½ cup yellow mustard
½ tablespoon ground black pepper
½ tablespoon salt

Instructions
1.Mix all ingredients together in a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes stirring frequently to avoid scorching. Remove from heat and place in the fridge to cool.
