I used to make a great chicken recipe called “Hungarian Chicken.” So simple. Chicken (used to put in a whole cut up chicken) couple of onions, chopped, minced garlic to taste, two cans of tomato sauce, a little water ( never measure, but maybe 1/2 can.) salt and pepper. Put all in dutch oven bring to boil, cover and simmer til done. I now use boneless breasts and thighs. Serve over noodles or rice.

Talked about the Hungarian Chicken, so I’m making it.
