Does anyone know of a way of canning bread crumbs?


    • A. Serena Adkins Ellison I always just put toast my bread and put through the food processor season and put into a ziplock freezer bag and into the freezer or fridge

      I dehydrate them until they are super-dry, then put them in a canning jar along with any spices I may want to add, place a used and washed 😉 two-piece lid on the jar. I’ve never ‘processed’ them further, and they save for a long time that way.
