1st step…. gather your Squash or etc

Wash the whole squash, then cut into with a knife. Take a spoon and scrape out the seeds. Line a pan with foil and lay cut side down on foil in pan. Bake at 375 (45 mins) or longer ,til done.
I bake mine at the same time with my meat, (bk steak, chicken,pork,etc) I use separate pans, meat in one & squash in another & with the nonstick foil, there’s no clean up!
Line the pan with nonstick foil for easy clean up
Baked Butternut Squash & Fried Apples !
