Homemade noodles
2c. flour
3 egg yolks
2tsp. salt
1 egg white
1/2 to 1/4 c. of water
Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll out and cut into thin strips. Allow to dry completely. Boil noodles to desired tenderness. ( I usually make them the night before I need them so the dry out and use chicken broth to boil them in. They do get fatter as they boil)
