Home made onion rings
Slice sweet onion
Mix 2 eggs and a little butter milk in a bowl
*In another bowl
Add 2 cups boxed pancake mix
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes and
Stir in Butter milk making kinda thick batter
Heat oil in large round pot
Dip onions in eggs mixture
Then dip into pancake mixture
Tap on side of bowl to remove excess batter.
Drop into oil
Pray
Turn when golden brown on one side
When golden brown on the other side remove and place on pile of paper towels to drain of grease
Put on plate and use your favorite dip.
