Heavy Weight Nachos
Ingredients for meat:
1 lb. extra lean ground beef or any ground meat you like
1 taco seasoning packet
1 cup salsa
1 7 oz can diced green chilies

Ingredients for chips:
1 package of corn tortillas
Pam

Garnish Ingredients:
Shredded lettuce
Diced fresh tomatoes
Sour cream
Salsa
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Brown and drain meat. Add seasoning, salsa and chilies. Cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat stirring regularly. On a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, cut tortillas into triangles and spray them with pam on both sides. Bake on 350 tortillas for 7-10 minutes. Check them after every 3 minutes. They should be a nice golden brown. Take them out, sprinkle with salt and then let them cool. Once chips are cooled top with cheese and meat and garnish with your favorite toppings.
