Jalapeno Peppers

Cream Cheese

Bacon

Slit the Jalapeno Peppers down the middle, open carefully and take out the seeds and spines and stuff with cream cheese only. Wrap a slice of bacon (we use turkey bacon) around them and stick a tooth pick in the center to hold them closed. BBQ really slow so the bacon and peppers get cooked but not to mushy. Be careful however sometimes they are so hotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt and sometimes they are just right. They say that after eating something hot, your body nerves feel pain. These pain signals are immediately transmitted to your brain. Your brain interpets this signal and automatically releases endorphins (the body’s natural pain killer). The endorphins kick in and act as a pain killer and create this temporary feeling of euphoria. Hot and spicy food lovers soon begin to crave this feeling and are hooked. So watch out you may get hooked on Rats. LOL DH and I are for sure. 🙂
