Gingerbread Mini Muffins
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Flour self rising
1Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Molasses
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Butter Melted
In small bowl combine flour and spices. In a separate bowl combine egg, molasses, butter and milk mix well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients mix well. Spoon into greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
