FUNNEL CAKES
2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup milk
2 eggs beaten slightly
vegetable oil. Enough for deep frying
powdered sugar
Mix flour granulated sugar, milk and eggs together stir well. Pour through funnel into very hot vegetable oil. Making a circular shape as you pour. Keep in oil till light brown. Flip once. Then take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Be very careful. Very hot. It is just like the fair.
