EASY PIZZA POCKETS QUESO STYLE
so your looking for something tasty and QUICK for your kiddos.. or maybe just a nice side dish for for fettucini alfredo.. this is it.
my kids love these.. but one word of CAUTION.. make sure they are cooled some before serving cause although the outside may feel fine, the INSIDE pocket can be very scorching hot.. .
all you need is a quesadilla maker
some flour tortillas the large ones
pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices
- put tortilla on and in each pocket slice add sauce and pepperoni and a little cheese
top with tortilla and let it go till completely browned and crisp.
remember to LET COOL.. slice and enjoy
we had it today with Chicken Fettucini Alfredo and Broccoli
