perfect for babyshowers.. get the color chips you want blue or pink.. and put on wafer put in oven at 350 degrees let get glossy and melt somewhat take out of oven and sprinkle white candies over top then let harden back up in freezer for a minute.. NOTE the cookies HAVE To get hot enough for the candies to adhere to them or they will come right off
