DILL POTATOES
using new potatoes, I wash mine and Peel a ring around the middle. Rub them with olive oil and lemon zest. Roast in single layer in 375* oven til turning golden. Mix oil, zest, and chopped fresh dill toss potatoes in mixture and serve hot!
