CRAISIN CHIP COOKIES

3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 packed brown sugar
2 sticks softened butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Pecans optional
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
2 cups  White Chocolate Chips
2 cups dried cranberries (craisins)
Heat oven to 350- 375ºF.
Mix sugars with  Margarine,  add in egg and vanilla.  Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be  a slightly dry and thick).
add in nuts and chocolate chips and craisins
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet (I use bakers joy)
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft).
Cool slightly; remove carefully with spatula and transfer from cookie sheet to cooling rack
