CRAB CAKES

2 beaten eggs

3/4 c soft torn bread crumbs

add in 13 cup finely crushed Italian bread crumbs as well

1/3 c mayonaise

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp hot sauce

1 lb cooked crab meat

2 tbsp cooking oil

in large bowl combine eggs soft bread crumbs mayo and lemon juice and mustard. add Worcestershire sauce alt pepper and hot sauce and stir in crab meat

mix well and shape mixture into 8 1/2 inch patties.

coat patties with the fine bread crumbs in large skillet heat oil over medium heat.

cook the crab cakes about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
