Frozen burritos

1 lb hamburger

1 small onion

chunky salsa

1 can enchilada sauce


Tones Taco Seasoning

Tony’s Creole Seasoning

Spoonful or two of refried beans

Parmesan cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream for later


place frozen  burritos in casserole dish after cutting them in half

brown beef with minced onion

add in pepper, tones seasonings, creole seasoning

Add salsa

Add enchilada sauce a can of water and Parmesan

once thickened and desired taste pour over burritos and add cheese to top

bake 15-20 minutes uncovered

serve with sour cream
