    I season them with fresh garlic, garlic powder, onion powder a little red pepper and a hint of sea salt. Then I just put a little olive oil and make sure it coats them all. I love all the colors and doesn’t make me feel deprived. I also add fresh cracked pepper 😉  grill or bake.. I baked them at 350 for about 45 minutes. I normally don’t cook them very long, but am very sketchy about raw chicken.

Dawn Hughes-Weber Commented:  I have one of the oil sprayers, you can put any oil in…that would be perfect for coating these…just fyi…I got mine at TJ Maxx…but I think they sell them at JcPenny, Kohls…those types of stores. it is called Misto…these look wonderful…what all did you put on yours…I love making them in the summer.
