RECIPE SUBMITTED BY Rosetta Sperring

I love keeping crescents around also…so many things to use them for! They are also great for wrapping around chicken breasts.

You put a boneless, skinless chicken breast in a large zip lock and pound until flat,

take out and put chopped scallions and cream cheese in the middle, or ham and cheese or whatever you want in the middle,

wrap around the filling and tuck under and refrigerate until coled and firm,

then put two small crescent sections together and press to seal the seam, then wrap around the crescent and tuck under or press the seams to seal around the chicken breast, then brush with egg wash and bake for about 30 minutes.
