CHEESEBURGER MACARONI (Another one of my homemade versions of Hamburger Helper, Hubby loves this one)

Super simple.

in my pot I add a little oil, 1 to 2 pounds of good ground chuck

salt, generous shake of black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

meanwhile I boil some macaroni noodles in another pot.. You can do it all in this one pot but I do tend to boil mine most times separately.

once my meat is done I drain off the excess oil.

put back on stove eye and add some milk, not sure how much … maybe 2 cups

add a pinch of Knorr brand Caldo Tomato Bouillon with chicken flavor powder

I then add in some good chunks of MELT N’ DIP Easy Melt Cheese (cheap brand of Velveeta)

I put it down to simmer and put lid on

When you take the lid off it will still be a little runny.. add some black pepper, and a shake of parmesan cheese add your drained noodles give it a stir and taste to see if you need more Cheese.. turn heat up a tiny bit and let it thicken up but be careful dont let it stick or burn on bottom.. turn off heat and serve.. really cheesy and really much much much better than the box

Enjoy
