My 18 year old daughter wanted to make a cheese cake last week, I told her my recipe for no bake cheese cake, and it turned out well.
One box of instant pudding (any flavor you desire, she used butter scotch),
only half the milk,
add softened cream cheese (8 oz. package) enough cool whip to make it creamy,
put in a graham cracker crust, she choose a chocolate crust,
let set in frig till set,
then serve with a dollop of cool whip on top.
Note: Can add some powdered sugar, if you want it really rich.
