for appetizers bruschetta is one of my faves or spinach dip.
Easy Spinach dip recipe 16oz sour cream, one pack of ranch dressing dry mix and and 1 frozen 10 oz box spinach thawed and drained. Put thawed spinach in a dish rag and squeeze out as much water as possible.mix all three ingredients. It always gets rave reviews.
