My cheesy potato broccoli soup:
I just guesstamate amount as I dump.

Add eight good size peeled potatoes to a large stock pot.
Add one large chopped onion.
Add one box chicken broth or use two bullion cubes.
Add a big scoop of butter.
Add Salt and pepper
Bring to boil then simmer until potatoes are tender.
(note: if you boil potatoes to hard they will be starching and mushy)
Once suds are tender:
Keep on simmer and stir often.
Add two cans of creme of broccoli soup or cheesy broccoli soup.
(Note: you can use your favorite creme soup here, sometimes I use chicken or mushroom.)
Gently stir in all ingredients together.
Now add a little garlic powder and parsley flakes.
Add condensed milk as needed to keep from getting to thick.
Add a couple handfuls of shredded cheese.
Heat everything through then
ENJOY!!
