This is a simple apple cake.Put a simple van. glaze on it this time.
Caramel Apple Bundt Cake:
In med bowl …
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla,. beat
then add 1/2 cup oil.
beat again
Stir in 1 1/2 c. flour,
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. b. soda
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. cinn.
and add 1 1/2 c,of chopped golden delicious apple,
and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Bake it in an 8×8 glass dish. I used a sm bundt pan.If you use a bundt… Grease and flour bundt well.Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 min. Glaze: 1 c. br sugar ,6 T butter,, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 Tbls heavy cream. Cook over med heat . Stir till comes to a boil cook 3-5 min. Pour over hot cake.Cool completely. Enjoy!!

Judith Parady Rice Serena, I must say with this cake I love the glaze with it instead of the white icing I used.. Bud loves this cake. He even likes it plain with just a dusting of conf sugar.
