Cappuccino Mix

1 cup powdered instant non dairy creamer
1 cup choc. milk mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients,mix well. Store in airtight container. To serve, place 1T. plus 1t. mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water, stir well. Yields about 33 servings. Great served with whipped topping..

  • Lynn McGinnis Ok. I couldn’t stand it, so I Google cappuccino. It is an Italian coffee drink. Expresso in the bottom of the cup. Then warm milk. I’ll bet that mix is to go with the expresso.
