Filling

1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger cooked, salt and peppered, drained

1-15 oz can pizza sauce

1-8oz can pizza sauce

2-tsp chil1 powder

1 1/2c chopped black olives (optional)

1 1/2 c chopped mushrooms

1 c chopped green pepper (optional)

1 cup chopped onion

Crust and topping

Tubes 10 flaky biscuits

8oz shredded cheddar cheese

12oz shredded mozzarella cheese

48 slices small pepperoni 

375 oven 9×13 inch cake pan

In a deep 12 in skillet or large saucepan combine cooked and drained hamburger pizza sauce and chili powder mix well and stir in the rest of filling ingredients cover and let simmer stirring occasionally separate 10 biscuits in half making 20 thin biscuits place in cake pan and bake at 375 for 12-15 min or till golden brown

To remove a lot of grease from pepperoni microwave on high between two layers of paper towels for 30-35 seconds pour filling over biscuits Sprinkle cheddar cheese over filling cover cheese with pepperoni slices and bake at 375 for 15-18 min. Increase heat to 400 separate 10 biscuits of a second tube into 20 thin biscuits and place on top of pepperoni and bake 8-11 min or till lightly browned. Sprinkle mozzarella a cheese over biscuits and bake at. 400 fir 5-7 min till cheese melts for better leftovers do not allow the cheese to become crusty cut between rows of biscuits to serve. Can use Italian sausage and bacon if desired.
