CAJUN CHICKEN LEGS 

About 3- 5 pounds of Chicken Legs

Cajun/Creole Seasoning I used Tony’s

Garlic powder

Dried Onion minced

Poultry Seasoning

salt

pepper

chicken broth

parsley flakes

rub into chicken pieces and put into bowl with tight lid (put into fridge overnight if possible)

Ready to bake. Preheat oven to 400

To pan add

Olive oil

chicken pieces

add a splash of chicken broth to bottom of pan

 

 

 

bake one hour and take out of broth and place on cookie sheet  drizzle with honey if desire

and extra Tony’s seasoning and back into oven under broil to blacken turning a bit then add back to the original pot with broth.

 

(I served mine with cajun pasta  Recipe to follow).
