BUTTER PECAN CAKE

3 c. roasted chopped pecans

2 c. sugar

2 3/4 c flour

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. vanilla

1 1/4 soft butter

4 eggs

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup reg milk

Cream cheese icing

Three layers. grease and flour pans,and bake 350 for 20 min.no more or it will be dry.
