make a pan of your favorite brownies while they are still warm.. cut

and start to make small balls like you would a meat ball , rolling in the palm of your hand till rounded.

Place popsicle sticks in and put into freezer to firm up very well.  I was in a huge hurry so mine were not by any means done with lots of care.. LOL

now you take some chocolate (white or dark)  and just melt it and dip… like I said I was in a hurry so I used some chocolate almond  bark that works great in small batches warmed in the microwave…

 

Soon as you dip you will have to have your nuts or  sprinkles ready and put on while wet… then put onto wax paper lined cake pan and put in freezer to set up quicker… Also if you (RE DIP  into icing like I did some of them) you want to dip in chocolate and let get FIRM before putting the brown sugar pecan icing on them.. then put in freezer and let set up.. those are Incredibly good but more time consuming..
