1 cup (one 6 ounce package) semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1/4 cup bourbon

2-1/2 cups finely crushed Vanilla Wafers (7-1/4 ounce box)

1 cup finely chopped pecans 

 

Combine crushed vanilla wafers and nuts and set aside. 

Melt chocolate morsels in microwave or on top a double boiler. Stir in sugar and light corn syrup. Blend in bourbon amd mix well. 

Pour chocolate mixture over vanilla wafer and nut mixture. Mix well. 

Form into balls (approx 1 inch) and roll in sugar. Place in a thghtly closed container. Keeps 3-4 weeks.
