BEEF & POTATO GOULASH

1 small onion minced small

2 Tbsp green bell pepper minced small

3 cloves garlic minced

1 -2 lbs ground chuck

butter or beef tallow

boil spaghetti noodles in separate pot

In another pot I add my beef tallow or you can use butter .
add your minced onion, garlic, and green bell pepper.
cook a minute or so then add in your ground chuck and salt and pepper the meat.
brown the meat.
Using a carton of beef broth, add some in then add in some tomato paste.
you can add a small tiny can or you can double it and add a regular size can.

It’s according to how tomatoey you want it because the beef flavor is the star of this dish.

Using a whisk, mix in the paste well and add the rest of carton of beef broth.

add some Worcestershire Sauce to taste ,

add grated Parmesan cheese

I also grate two feed bullion cubes into the dish

and add a can of beef consume

finally add your spaghetti to your beef sauce and grate more parm over it.
Rinse your noodle pot and add some beef tallow to the bottom

drained your canned potatoes and add to the tallow.
salt and pepper.
fry till heated through and add the potatoes to your beef Goulash

don’t die, but fold it on and add more Parmesan if desire over each serving
