Beef-herb encrusted beef roast!Delicious!

  • Marina Church My son Cody taught me if you want tender meat put it in a shallow baking pan and fill it halfway up with water.We then cover it in rosemary,garlic salt,thyme,cilantro and parsley.We put a small piece of foil on it to keep it from burning.21/2 to 3 hours at around 400 degrees depending on how well done you want it.Carefully drain the water and remove the foil if you desire a browner roast.It comes out tender and delicious.He is a great cook!
