BBQ PULLED CHICKEN IN A CROCK POT

first I added to my crock some frozen boneless chicken strips (or breasts)  add however much you think you will be needing for your family.

Then I added a tiny amount of water so it wouldn’t stick… the chicken will have it’s own juices as it cooks… so don’t add too much add salt and pepper put lid on and put on high at first then turn to low after about an hour and leave it… come back when chicken is fork tender and pour out almost all water and add your BBQ Sauce.. I use BullsEye Original

put lid on and put it on to SERVE or WARM setting until time to eat..

Great with Fried Bread
